Notes Built on chassis ex war-damaged 64145 (CK 1940, D137, bombed at Marylebone 1944). To USA 1969 with "Flying Scotsman" as Exhibition Car A in tour train. After that, probably one of four vehicles in use from c.1976 at the Victoria Station restaurant at Universal Studios, Los Angeles (along with 70632 and 21177 qv and one other). 05/96: vehicles still in situ. Confirmed scrapped - date unknown.
